Stuck at home? Have nothing to do but often on Facebook? For those who may have been experiencing this, the Social Network brings us “Suggested Events”. Using your check-in information, friend related events, and even your likes; Suggested Events predicts where you would want to go.
Before Suggested Events was released, under the Events tab was the Friend Events. Suggested Events replaces that.
How to Access:
Go to your Facebook Homepage. On the left side there’s a menu. Click on Events and different events will show up but under the Events menu, Suggested Events will appear. Click on that and events for this week, next week and the following months will be displayed.
So Facebook will be using your information to suggest places you would go to. It may suggest places you’ve been to or places you’re interested in. This feature is actually smart; hopefully it will really get us to get going more often.
